With operations spanning Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the US, they coordinate complex international deliveries for private clients, interior designers and luxury projects worldwide.
The Role & Responsibilities
Our client is looking to appoint a Logistics Executive to manage the end-to-end coordination of international shipments and deliveries.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing international air freight and sea freight shipments
- Coordinating imports and exports globally
- Handling customs documentation, import duty and VAT processes
- Liaising with freight forwarders, carriers and delivery partners
- Tracking shipments and resolving logistics issues proactively
- Working closely with suppliers and designers across countries including Italy, Brazil and India
- Supporting smooth delivery execution from origin through to final installation
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience within high-end international logistics environments such as:
- Fine art transport
- Luxury interiors or furniture
- Fashion or luxury goods
You will ideally have:
- Experience managing international shipping and freight processes
- Strong understanding of customs procedures and import/export documentation
- Experience dealing with air freight, sea freight and high-value deliveries
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- The ability to manage multiple international shipments simultaneously
