As a Channel Manger, you will help shape our business by driving strategy, optimizing processes and aligning teams toward common goals. You\’ll be at the heart of our sales strategy, driving growth through key channel partnerships across On Trade and Foodservice and ensuring this market leading brand remains the most visible and desired brand on the market. Monitor performance with a sharp eye, and lead decisive, strategic course corrections when needed. • BUILDING POWERFUL RELATIONSHIPS • On Trade Management, Commercial Finance, Brand, Culture Marketing, and international counterparts. Identify market opportunities and challenges by leveraging insight, data, and trend analysis. • INSPIRING & DEVELOPING TALENT • Inspire, coach, and elevate National Account Managers and Execs through strengths-based leadership. • Champion the use of relevant development tools to help individuals unlock their full potential. • Senior-level commercial expertise, with a focus on strategic Joint Business Planning (JBP) and complex negotiations. Advanced Key Account management experience and end-to-end P&L ownership. Strong commercial acumen paired with curiosity, creativity, and the ability to challenge the status quo.
