Are you a proven sales leader with deep experience in the Prestige On-Trade and Retail channels? This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing team and shape the commercial strategy for a globally recognised super-premium drinks portfolio.
The Opportunity
As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving commercial performance across key prestige venues and retailers, working closely with Marketing, Advocacy and Commercial teams to craft and deliver standout activation plans. You’ll lead a team of five, build trusted partnerships with influential customers, and play a central role in delivering ambitious distribution, volume, and visibility targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and deliver the Prestige channel strategy across On-Trade and Retail.
- Set and achieve commercial KPIs, including distribution, pricing and promotional execution.
- Lead, coach and inspire a team of 5 account managers covering London and the South East.
- Build strong customer partnerships through exceptional in-trade engagement.
- Identify and convert growth opportunities within the Prestige channel.
- Partner cross-functionally to bring brand strategies to life.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong network and proven track record within the Prestige and Wholesale channels.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a commercial sales role.
- Expertise in super-premium drinks, luxury or lifestyle brands.
- Confident negotiator with strong commercial and P&L acumen.
- Exceptional influencing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Must be based in London or the South East, with easy access to key prestige venues.
