We’re looking for an ambitious National Account Manager to join a market-leading consumer products business within the Small Domestic Appliances sector.
Working closely with the Specialist Bricks & Clicks Channel Manager, you’ll take ownership of a major UK retail account (Argos) and play a pivotal role in driving both sell-in and sell-out performance, with full P&L responsibility. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded account manager who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and enjoys building strong retail partnerships.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning and managing a top-tier national retail account, leading quarterly commercial planning cycles
- Delivering against sales targets while managing the full P&L
- Using insight and analytics to track performance, identify opportunities, and recommend actions
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain and Marketing teams
- Supporting best-in-class go-to-market strategies for new product launches
- Attending regular operational and performance review meetings to ensure execution excellence
What we’re looking for:
- Proven Account Management experience with P&L ownership, ideally within a retail environment
- Experience managing key UK retailers
- Highly analytical, commercially curious, and confident working with data
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset

- Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills
