We’ve partnered with a pioneering interiors company known for their curated, made-to-order collections to find an Operations Coordinator to support their rapid growth. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in streamlining operations, ensuring seamless coordination across departments.

About the Role:

  • Maintaining and organising the sample library and stockroom, ensuring accurate inventory tracking.
  • Coordinating global shipments and liaising with international couriers, shippers, and suppliers to ensure timely, secure deliveries.
  • Overseeing the receipt, preparation, and documentation of samples, including labelling, photography, and customs compliance.
  • Acting as the go-to contact for all courier logistics, managing bookings, tracking deliveries, and resolving issues with precision and professionalism.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, designers, and clients to fulfil sample requests, offering clear updates on availability, shipments, and timelines.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Will currently be in an operations role within a luxury or interior design business.
  • Has exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and time management.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Is a strategic thinker with strong problem solving ability.
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
