National Account Manager – Foodservice
Functional Drinks -Health & Wellness Brand
Location: Flexible (UK-based, hybrid/remote options)

Their sparkling functional drink combines clean energy, adaptogens, and nootropics, designed to help people feel good, focus better, and perform at their best.
They are excited to recruit a National Account Manager to lead their expansion into the foodservice channel.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for driving growth and distribution within key UK foodservice and out-of-home customers — think Brakes, DDC, and Delicious Ideas — as well as identifying new opportunities across the foodservice/ OOH and premium retail channels .
This role will grow into something much bigger, and you will be in charge of shaping what your career path could look like
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a foodservice sales strategy to drive brand visibility and distribution.
- Identify, onboard, and grow relationships with key wholesalers, distributors, and national accounts.
- Negotiate listings, promotional plans, and pricing in line with commercial objectives.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to deliver tailored activation and sampling programmes.
- Track sales performance, report on key metrics, and ensure profitable growth.
About You
- Proven sales experience with key foodservice customers
- Experience working within functional drinks, soft drinks or health & wellness (or a passion for these categories)
- Existing network or experience working with major wholesalers such as Brakes, Bidfood, DDC, or Delicious Ideas.
- Confident negotiator with a track record of winning new listings.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to work independently.
- Passionate about health, wellness, and sustainable innovation.
