As National Account Executive, you'll play a key role in delivering growth across the Morrisons business. You'll have real responsibility from day one, working closely with senior customer contacts and cross-functional teams to develop and execute plans that drive performance and unlock new opportunities.
You'll be involved in:
- Managing and growing a key grocery account
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Developing and executing joint business plans
- Analysing performance data and identifying growth opportunities
- Delivering promotional plans and evaluating results
- Collaborating with Category, Finance, Supply Chain, Field Sales and Marketing teams
- Influencing decision-making through insight-led recommendations
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience within FMCG sales, account management or a commercial environment
- Enjoys building relationships and influencing others
- Is commercially curious and comfortable working with data and insights
- Has strong organisational and communication skills
- Takes ownership, shows initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Is ambitious and looking to develop a long-term career in National Account Management
