An exciting and fast-growing spirits company is looking for a Marketing Manager to join its dynamic team based in London. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of several award-winning spirits brands as they expand into new markets and launch two exciting distillery projects.

As the Marketing Manager, you’ll:

  • Lead the charge on multi-channel brand campaigns across digital, social, experiential, and trade
  • Manage and inspire a small, high-performing team
  • Deliver global storytelling with local execution—ensuring consistency across every touchpoint
  • Drive product launches, events, and innovative marketing activations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, creative, advocacy, and NPD
  • Track performance and refine strategies to elevate brand presence and market impact

What we’re looking for:

3–5 years of marketing experience within spirits, ideally having worked for a whisky brand

Strong project management and campaign execution skills

Hands-on experience in digital, brand and trade marketing

People management experience

A team player who thrives in a SME/ entrepreneurial environment

Deep knowledge of the premium spirits world

You’ll be working across a portfolio of globally distributed premium brands, with major releases planned in the next 12 months, including new distillery openings and brand launches.
