Play a key role in shaping how a £150m consumer goods business partners with major UK retailers. We’re partnering with a fast-growing, brand-led consumer goods business that is transforming the way it sells to national retail accounts. With products sold through 300+ retailers across 36 countries, and a portfolio of recognised brands found in homes across the UK and internationally, the business has built a strong platform. The next phase is about elevating how it wins commercially. This is a key hire within that transformation.
The Opportunity
This is not a steady-state account management role. You’ll join at a point where the business is actively evolving towards a more strategic, FMCG-style commercial model, with stronger joint business planning, sharper propositions and more structured account development. Operating at Senior National Account Manager level, you will take ownership of key national retail relationships, with responsibility for driving sustainable growth, influencing strategy, and helping embed a more disciplined, data-led way of selling. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, including the CCO, and play a visible role in shaping how the sales function develops over the coming years.
