Having established strong foundations and exciting momentum, we are now looking for an exceptional National Account Controller to lead and accelerate our growth across Boots, Superdrug and Amazon. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing SME where you can make a genuine impact. Unlike larger corporates, you'll have the autonomy to influence strategy, shape customer relationships, and directly contribute to the future success of the business.

Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will take full ownership of our key national accounts, driving profitable growth across our retail and e-commerce channels. This is a highly visible, hands-on role requiring both strategic thinking and strong execution. You'll be equally comfortable developing joint business plans with major retailers as you are rolling up your sleeves to analyse performance, identify opportunities and deliver results.

You will...

  • Lead the commercial relationship with Boots, Superdrug and Amazon.
  • Develop and execute customer strategies and joint business plans to deliver ambitious growth targets.
  • Negotiate annual trading agreements, promotional plans and commercial investments.
  • Identify new distribution, ranging and category opportunities.
  • Drive online and omnichannel growth initiatives, particularly within Amazon.
  • Analyse sales performance, market trends and customer data to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Product Development teams.
  • Build strong relationships with key retailer stakeholders at all levels.
  • Act as a key contributor to the wider commercial strategy of the business.

We're looking for an entrepreneurial commercial leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building businesses. We need...

  • Proven experience managing national accounts within FMCG, health & beauty, personal care or consumer goods.
  • Strong experience working with Boots, Superdrug and/or Amazon.
  • A track record of delivering sustainable sales and profit growth.
  • Excellent commercial negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical capability and confidence working with data and insights.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to get involved beyond your job description.
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
  • High levels of energy, resilience and ambition.

This will give you...

  • Opportunity to play a pivotal role in a growing health & beauty business.
  • Significant autonomy and influence within the organisation.
  • Direct exposure to senior leadership and business decision-making.
  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial culture where ideas are valued and action is encouraged.
  • The chance to leave a genuine mark on the next phase of growth.
