The Role You will:
- Secure listings within London's most prestigious bars, restaurants and luxury hotels.
- Create advocacy and excitement around the brand through tastings, events and industry engagement.
- Identify iconic venues and strategic partnerships that elevate brand visibility and desirability.
- Lead commercial growth while maintaining impeccable premium brand standards.
- Work with the Founder to develop a strategy for the UK on-trade and, in time, grow and manage a small team.
Who We're Looking For You are likely to have:
- 5 years' experience within premium drinks sales.
- An outstanding network across London's premium on-trade sector.
- A proven ability to win influential accounts and create long-term partnerships.
- Strong credibility with hospitality professionals and opinion leaders.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a high-autonomy environment.
