Location: Northwest based role

Overall purpose of job

To drive the sales and distribution of the premium spirits portfolio within the UK On-Trade sector in the Northwest region. Delivering and maintaining high-quality listings in strategically important independent and group accounts. Maintaining long term partnerships and agreements with some of the finest businesses. You will look to maximise sales through cocktail and house pouring deals and increase rate of sale through activations, brand visibility and offer a fantastic experience for both the account and their customers.

Key areas of responsibility

  • Deliver new business opportunities within the Northwest region, focusing on house pour and cocktail listings.
  • Account management of existing customer partnerships whilst continuing to explore opportunities to grow within them.
  • Develop a pipeline of new customers, working weekly to convert them into long term cocktail and house pouring deals.
  • Grow the presence of the brand in the territory, increasing the visibility of the portfolio in accounts ensuring back-bar placements, drinks listings and cocktail activations, as well as POS material placement all in line with the brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with wholesalers to unlock partnerships, new tender opportunities, increase distribution and volumes.

You:

  • North West based with previous experience selling into on trade customers in that region.
  • Experience working for another drinks brand, with knowledge and passion for spirits and cocktails.
  • Self-motivation, drive and passion.
  • A full valid driving licence.
