We are thrilled to be partnering with one of the most (if not the most!) exciting growth brand in the beauty industry. They are already a global leader in their category and are on a mission to increase their dominance in the global market. The business is centred around creativity and collaboration and they are looking for a brilliant Junior Designer to join their team!

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative who can deliver high-quality design across both digital and print. You’ll be responsible for:

• Creating visually engaging assets for social media, email campaigns, e-commerce, paid media, and the website.
• Designing and preparing print materials such as packaging mockups, press kits, event branding, and presentations.
• Developing simple motion graphics and short-form animations for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and digital ads.
• Collaborating within Figma to build layouts, maintain design systems, and manage shared libraries.
• Supporting with asset versioning, artwork rollout, and final file prep for both digital and print.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Currently in a Junior Design position within a beauty or consumer brand.
• Is a collaborative, proactive creative with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of design principles.
• Has experience with both digital and print design.
• Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
• Has a basic understanding of motion design and is confident in typography, layout, and composition skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a supportive team!
