We’re looking for a natural leader who can inspire a growing on-trade field sales team. Someone who empowers through coaching and thrives on seeing others succeed. As Head of Field Sales, you’ll shape and lead their growing on-trade field sales team driving distribution, activation and brand advocacy. This isn’t an office job. You’ll:
- Lead, develop and motivate a high-performing team of field-based KAMs who are scattered across the UK.
- Create and implement the Independent Free Trade (IFT) strategy for our on-trade growth.
- Deliver world-class execution and brand activation through collaboration with Trade Marketing & Category teams.
- Champion people development, setting the standard for professionalism, curiosity and care.
You:
- You will be currently operating in this senior role with a minimum of 6 years in a similar On-Trade sales/senior leadership role in beers/wines/spirits.
- Mastery of the UK On Trade is a key requirement.
- Proven success of launching NPD into the UK On Trade through leadership of a team.
- Entrepreneurial and ambitious self-starter with the ability to achieve targets and effectively organise own work schedule.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (UK and Global Team).
- Collaborative and engaging leadership style.
- Solution-based approach to dealing with obstacles.
- Experience of line management and development of large teams essential.
- Willingness to regular UK wide travel to spend time with your team.
If you’re a natural mentor who gets energy from unlocking potential in others, thrives from coaching and developing your team, and excited to build something special within a fast-growing premium drinks business, we’d love to hear from you.
