This role focuses on shaping our business by driving strategy, optimizing processes and aligning teams toward common goals. You will be at the heart of our sales strategy, driving growth through key channel partnerships across Tesco and ensuring this market leading brand remains highly visible.

Key Responsibilities
DRIVING GROWTH & DELIVERING RESULTS
- Drive volume and profit growth across Tesco
- Monitor performance with a sharp eye, and lead decisive, strategic course corrections when needed
- Inspire your team to win β grow existing business and secure distribution from the competition
- Own and lead the forecasting process in collaboration with teams, ensuring the business stays ahead of demand
BUILDING POWERFUL RELATIONSHIPS
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders to accelerate delivery of customer strategy
- Be proactive in cultivating key partnerships with strategic customers and industry influencers
- Foster collaboration across internal teams: Channel Management, Commercial Finance, Brand, Culture Marketing, and international counterparts
STRATEGIC BUSINESS PLANNING
- Play a key leadership role in shaping and delivering the annual business plan
- Identify market opportunities and challenges by leveraging insight, data, and trend analysis
- Set clear direction for your team, ensuring alignment with ambitious goals
INSPIRING & DEVELOPING TALENT
- Inspire, coach, and elevate SNAMs, NAMs and NAEs through strengths-based leadership
- Champion the use of relevant development tools to help individuals unlock their full potential
- Ensure your team thrives, grows and remains highly engaged
About You
- Senior-level commercial expertise, with a focus on strategic Joint Business Planning (JBP) and complex negotiations
- Demonstrated success in delivering ambitious growth and profitability targets
- Strong Grocery industry expertise with a clear understanding of evolving trends
- Excellent communication, storytelling, influencing, and presentation abilities
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with relentless focus on customer satisfaction and business results
- Advanced Key Account management experience and end-to-end P&L ownership
- Ability to operate and influence at board level, balancing strategy and operational excellence
- Experience navigating complex, cross-functional environments and matrix structures
- Strong commercial acumen paired with curiosity, creativity, and the ability to challenge the status quo
