We're working with one of the UK's leading luxury brands to find a Brand Manager to join their award-winning team.
This is a rare opportunity to take genuine ownership of a luxury brand. You'll be the guardian and ambassador of your brand, building the strategies that grow equity and drive sales, leading 360 activations for new launches, and making sure everything from in-store animations to digital campaigns lands successfully in the UK market. You'll work cross-functionally, lead projects end to end, and have full ownership of your brand investment budgets.
This role needs someone who's equal parts creative and commercial; someone who can analyse brand performance and come up with bold ideas to drive growth, while being just as comfortable in an agency brief as they are in a budget tracker.
What you'll be doing:
- Building and executing 360 activation plans across new launches and key commercial priorities
- Managing annual media budgets and working closely with UK agencies
- Leading trade marketing, sampling and gifting strategies alongside the National Accounts team
- Delivering sharp monthly brand performance analysis and reacting fast to the numbers
What we're looking for:
- Proven brand management experience within a luxury brand
- Strong analytical skills combined with genuinely creative brand thinking
- Deep knowledge of the UK luxury market and its competitor landscape
- Confidence managing budgets and financials, not just campaigns
- Great communication and presentation skills; you'll be influencing stakeholders at every level
