What you’ll be doing:

• Own and grow the P&L for major UK grocery retailers
• Build unbreakable relationships that drive long-term value
• Lead launches, promotions, and NPD activations in partnership with Marketing
• Use data and insights to make smart, strategic moves
• Hustle through negotiations to secure win-win deals
• Spot gaps, trends, and fresh opportunities in the market

What’s needed:

• 4+ years’ experience managing UK Grocery National Accounts
• Proven track record of smashing targets and building standout account plans
• Ability to turn numbers into strategy, and strategy into results
• Passion for challenger brands and fast-paced environments
• Commercial mindset, natural curiosity, and genuine resilience
