Committed to a sustainable future with a forward thinking approach to trading, the business are ready to welcome a wonderful tech-wizz of an Operations Executive! ABOUT THE ROLE Tech-savvy is a must – Harness technology in the operations process. Collaborating with warehouse partners to coordinate stock arrivals and manage reconciliations. Overseeing the movement of inventory across the business’ global warehouses in the UK, USA, Hong Kong, Singapore and France. Engaging with suppliers to ensure seamless inbound stock logistics. Assisting market participants with onboarding to the business’ API-based platform Ensuring the ongoing maintenance of API connectivity. Leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation in the logistics process. Experience in Fine Wine is a bonus but not mandatory A background in supply chain logistics (1–2 years) is ideal. A strong affinity for technology in supply chain management is critical. Proficient in French (bonus) A combination of operational logistics, international coordination, technical API integration, with an emphasis on balancing between supply chain expertise and tech adaptability.
