About the Role:

The Head of Category Management is a senior leadership role within the commercial team, offering a fantastic opportunity to shape the strategic direction of the company’s category and customer initiatives. You will play a key role in driving category growth and shopper excellence and growing the category vision. You will lead a small team using insights to make strategic and commercial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead insight-driven category strategies to drive growth in key product platforms.
  • Build and nurture strategic customer relationships, supporting the business in achieving category captaincy.
  • Deliver strong budget outputs and compelling growth plans that resonate with external stakeholders.

About You:

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Experience in category management and strategy within the FMCG sector, ideally in food and beverages.
  • Proven success in revenue growth management with proficiency in working with the likes of Dunnhumby, Nielsen, Kantar.
  • Strong knowledge of UK grocery, high-street and convenience accounts.
  • Experience managing and developing a team; an ability to create a vision and common goal.

Salary: £70,000-£75,000 basic plus company car and bonus
