You will be at the heart of our sales strategy, driving growth through key channel partnerships across On Trade and Foodservice and ensuring this market leading brand remains the most visible and desired brand on the market. Overall you will lead a team of 14, with 4 direct reports.
Key Responsibilities- DRIVING GROWTH & DELIVERING RESULTS
- Drive volume and profit growth across all On Trade channels.
- Monitor performance with a sharp eye, and lead decisive, strategic course corrections when needed.
- Inspire your team to win - grow existing business and secure distribution from the competition.
- Own and lead the forecasting process in collaboration with teams, ensuring the business stays ahead of demand.
- BUILDING POWERFUL RELATIONSHIPS
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders to accelerate delivery of On Trade strategy.
- Be proactive in cultivating key partnerships with strategic customers and industry influencers.
- Foster collaboration across internal teams: On Trade Management, Commercial Finance, Brand, Culture Marketing, and international counterparts.
- STRATEGIC BUSINESS PLANNING
- Play a key leadership role in shaping and delivering the annual business plan.
- Identify market opportunities and challenges by leveraging insight, data, and trend analysis.
- Set clear direction for the On Trade team, ensuring alignment with their ambitious goals.
- INSPIRING & DEVELOPING TALENT
- Inspire, coach, and elevate National Account Managers and Execs through strengths-based leadership.
- Champion the use of relevant development tools to help individuals unlock their full potential.
- Ensure your team thrives, grows and remains highly engaged.
- Senior-level commercial expertise, with a focus on strategic Joint Business Planning (JBP) and complex negotiations.
- Proven leadership experience managing diverse, high-performing teams.
