We're partnering with a leading specialist lighting & electricals manufacturer to find an Account Manager who will drive growth across the UK & Ireland. This exciting role offers the opportunity to manage key accounts, build new business, and shape innovative commercial strategies across a wide range of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers, including high street retailers and health & beauty/professional accounts.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across a variety of accounts, including department stores.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed targets and expand the company’s market presence.
  • Represent the company at trade events and work alongside marketing to enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide valuable market insights that support product development and innovation.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has 5+ years of B2B sales experience in consumer goods, ideally in a Key Account Manager or Regional Sales Manager position.
  • Has experience winning and growing either high street or health & beauty/ professional accounts.
  • Is a strong communicator, with great negotiation and strategic thinking skills.
  • Is a go-getter with a positive attitude, a drive for success, and a high level of ambition!
