An independent business is built on accountability and responsibility, to your team and clients. Experience in the Watches & Jewelry space would be ideal but some experience in the retail sector is essential.
Working with some of the most important watch brands in the world such as Cartier and IWC alongside our luxury jewelry. As an independent business, you will be hands‑on with many elements of the business. Established in 1982, we are building our team for the future.

The Role
- Advising customers with expert product knowledge while liaising with suppliers and repairers in a dignified fashion.
- Handling watch and jewelry repairs – understanding and assessing the need of the client, providing clear direction and updates as required.
- Liaising with repair partners and clients to ensure a smooth process from deliveries and collections within London – we visit our workshop at least twice a week.
- Handling inquiries with warmth, patience, and professionalism – you represent the business at all times.
- Maintaining high personal and store standards with exemplary attention to detail – pride in appearance and professionalism sets the standard.
- Supporting the team with a positive and proactive approach.
- Saturday’s are mandatory with a set day off in the week.
Benefits
- Competitive salary between £27,000 and £29,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
