Upland Manor Care Home is a modern, purpose-built 59-bed care facility situated in the vibrant community of Wythenshawe, Manchester. Thoughtfully designed to deliver the highest standards of comfort, care, and safety, Upland Manor offers a full spectrum of support, including residential, nursing, and dementia care. The home reflects the Lovett Care commitment to quality and compassion, creating a welcoming environment where every resident is respected, engaged, and supported. We integrate the latest in care technology and provide a varied programme of daily activities and gentle exercise, helping residents stay active and fulfilled. Our dedicated team is handpicked for their warmth and professionalism, receiving thorough induction and continuous training from our in-house trainers to ensure consistently high standards of care.
We are seeking to appoint a kind, caring and motivated Team Leader to join our team. You will support the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager in providing leadership to the care team and effective 24-hour management of the home within the available resources. We have a full time contract available with an hourly rate of £13.50! Shift times are 0745 – 2000, with alternate weekend working. To apply for this role you must have medication management and administration experience.
