- Deliver outstanding care in line with best practice, policies, and current regulations.
- Support residents to maintain their independence, skills, and personal interests, providing individualised, person-centred care.
- Stay up to date with training and development to maintain and enhance your professional skills.
- Ensure residents are always at the heart of our care, respecting their choices and enhancing their wellbeing.
- Maintain high standards of care delivery, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal standards.
- Champion the safeguarding and welfare of residents.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and the care team.
- Provide guidance and support to new care team members, helping them settle into their roles.
- Accurately record care information at the point of delivery using our systems.
- Support residents with personal care, hygiene, and physical wellbeing.
- Ensure residents' equipment and aids (e.g., glasses, wheelchairs, dentures) are well maintained.
- Respond swiftly to any concerns about the safety or wellbeing of residents, visitors, or team members.
- Safely administer medication in line with Lovett Care's policies.
- Respect and maintain confidentiality at all times.

- RQF Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care (essential).
- Experience working in a care environment as a senior or someone looking to step up.
