Our stunning new home, Statham Manor Care Centre, is a purpose-built care facility situated in the picturesque village of Lymm in Cheshire. The home is registered to provide care to 66 residents with various needs, including residential and nursing care. We prioritize safety, comfort, and high-quality care, reflecting our vision of excellence. We invest in the latest technology and offer daily activities and gentle exercises to enhance residents\' wellbeing. All team members are carefully selected for their warmth and passion, with comprehensive induction and ongoing training through our in-house trainers and the New Care Academy. The home is rated GOOD by CQC in all domains. We have maintained a staff team with no agency staff for over 5 years, ensuring continuity of care from familiar staff. All staff are paid at least the national minimum wage.
We are seeking to appoint a kind, caring, and organized Receptionist to join our team. The role involves providing an efficient reception service, ensuring visitors, residents, and guests are treated courteously and efficiently. We offer a 0-hour BANK contract with an excellent hourly rate of Β£12.25. Shift times are 0900-1700.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide a welcoming reception service to visitors, maintaining security and signing in visitors.
- Assist prospective residents and their families with inquiries and show them around the home.
- Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and transfer calls appropriately.
- Support the Home Administrator as required.
