Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment process from start to finish
  • Maintain accurate employee records using our HR system and online personal files
  • Assist with onboarding and induction for new starters, ensuring adherence to safer recruitment guidelines
  • Support HR administration tasks including contracts, letters, and payroll changes
  • Provide routine HR advice and guidance to staff and managers across our schools
  • Act as a friendly and helpful point of contact
