Weare seeking an experienced, dynamic and values-driven Estates Manager tosupport the Head of Estates in the strategic and operational management of the Trust's estate across our Multi-Academy Trust.
This pivotal role will ensurethat all schools and provisions benefit from safe, secure, compliant, inclusiveand well-maintained learning environments that enable high-quality educationand positive outcomes for all pupils, including those with SEND.
Thepostholder will lead the coordination and delivery of capital projects, estateimprovement programmes and asset management activities, while providingassurance on statutory compliance and supporting the development andimplementation of the Trust's estates and facilities strategy.
Working closelywith Headteachers, School Business Managers, Premises Managers, contractors, consultants and external stakeholders, the Estates Manager will play a key rolein shaping the future of the Trust's estate and supporting its continued growthand long-term strategic objectives.
- Support the deliveryof the Trust's estates strategy, ensuring safe, secure, compliant andhigh-quality learning environments across all schools and provisions.
- Lead and coordinatecapital projects, estate improvement programmes and planned maintenanceactivities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and withinbudget.
- Oversee statutorycompliance, health and safety requirements, risk assessments, COSHHprocedures, and site security systems, maintaining high standards acrossthe Trust.
- Manage and monitorcontractors, consultants and suppliers, ensuring works are completed tospecification and provide value for money.
- Maintain accurateestate, asset and compliance records, producing reports and supportinglong-term estate planning and investment decisions.
- Coordinate conditionsurveys, estate reviews and maintenance schedules, including specialistsystems and equipment where required.
- Supportsustainability and climate action initiatives, identifying opportunitiesto improve estate performance and efficiency.
- Provide professionaladvice and support to school leaders, Premises Managers and otherstakeholders, promoting consistent estate management standards and a safeenvironment for children and young people.
- Contribute toprocurement activities, funding applications and the development of estateprojects that support the Trust's strategic growth and educationalobjectives.
