As a Team Member, you will support with the day-to-day operation including reception and the food service areas and bars ensuring a high level of service is offered to guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in guests according to the IHG brand standard.
- Deal with any issues and resolve them efficiently.
- Deliver a food and beverage service, ranging from breakfast, group dinners and serving on the bar.
- Handle cash and card payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
- Ensure stock levels are maintained and replenished as needed.
