New Balance are offering a 1-year paid undergraduate placement to a student currently in their special year of study. The student should have a strong interest in developing a career within Finance / Client Information Management. Training and support will be given and you will gain a broad knowledge of a Credit Support Administration department.
Major Accountabilities- Customer Master
- Set up all new Customer accounts in ERP for below markets: UK, France, Germany, Netherlands/Luxembourg, Belgium, Austria
- Validate Customer Details Name, Address & Postcode
- Liaise/ Confirm discount and price lists with Sales Team
- Carry out VIES check ensure VAT number correct/ apply correct VAT code
- Manage Parent Account set up for Buying Groups
- Update customer bank details for SEPA DD collection
- Publish weekly reports for finance team
- Post payments onto Customer Account for all Markets
- Reconcile /allocate payment
- Liaise with credit controller in market if required/debit notes
- Process Manual invoice/credit notes in ERP once approved in Market
- Monitor group credit inboxes daily
- Action internal emails relating to customer master updates
- Admin skills and ability to work within a busy Finance/Credit Control team
