Major Accountabilities

  • Responsible for providing assistance to the Visual Merchandising Lead for the execution of visual standards, concepts and campaigns in Flagship Store.
  • Ensures new product is placed on the floor within visual guidelines in a timely manner.
  • Assists with key product launches, product levels, and sell through.
  • Hanging/steaming/organising apparel both front and back of house.
  • Ensuring all promotional materials, marketing signage, product signage and graphics are up to date and utilised as directed.
  • Ensures mannequins and walls are set according to the momentum guide and refreshed as required.
  • Develop product knowledge of store merchandise.
  • Keeping up to date with current seasonal trends.
  • May participate in new store openings as requested.
  • Maintaining back of house organisation.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements for Success

  • Visual Merchandising experience.
  • Team player.
  • Self-motivation, creativity, and organization are a must in this role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain a healthy team relationship.
  • Embraces NB Lifestyle and has an affinity with the New Balance Brand.
  • Able to work early hours to execute initiatives before store opening.
  • Flexible work schedule includes weekends and holidays.
  • Depending on the location, may require some travel.
