Major Accountabilities

  • Responsible for the execution of visual standards, concepts and campaigns in the store
  • Ensures new product is placed on the floor within visual guidelines in a timely manner
  • Assists with key product launches, product levels, and sell through
  • Hanging/steaming/organising apparel both front and back of house
  • Ensuring all promotional materials, marketing signage, product signage and graphics, etc. are up to date and utilized as directed
  • Ensures mannequins and walls are set according to the Momentum Guide and refreshed as required
  • Develop product knowledge of store merchandise
  • Keeping up to date with current seasonal trends
  • May participate in new store openings as requested
  • Maintaining back of house organization
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements

  • Visual Merchandising experience
  • Team player
  • Self‑motivation, creativity, and organization are a must in this role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain a healthy team relationship
  • Embraces NB Lifestyle and has an affinity with the New Balance Brand
  • Able to work early hours to execute initiatives before store opening
  • Flexible work schedule includes weekends and holidays
  • Depending on the location, may require some travel
