Major Accountabilities
- Responsible for the execution of visual standards, concepts and campaigns in the store
- Ensures new product is placed on the floor within visual guidelines in a timely manner
- Assists with key product launches, product levels, and sell through
- Hanging/steaming/organising apparel both front and back of house
- Ensuring all promotional materials, marketing signage, product signage and graphics, etc. are up to date and utilized as directed
- Ensures mannequins and walls are set according to the Momentum Guide and refreshed as required
- Develop product knowledge of store merchandise
- Keeping up to date with current seasonal trends
- May participate in new store openings as requested
- Maintaining back of house organization
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements
- Visual Merchandising experience
- Team player
- Self‑motivation, creativity, and organization are a must in this role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain a healthy team relationship
- Embraces NB Lifestyle and has an affinity with the New Balance Brand
- Able to work early hours to execute initiatives before store opening
- Flexible work schedule includes weekends and holidays
- Depending on the location, may require some travel
