New Balance is seeking a Training Champion to support the growth of store teams by driving training initiatives and fostering a culture of learning.

You will coach peers, inspire continuous learning, and validate learning through quizzes and knowledge checks.

Responsibilities include identifying training needs, sharing insights with the Regional Trainer, introducing new ideas to improve programs, and utilizing sanctioned training resources such as Workday Learning and NB Link.
