Retail Supervisor (38 hours) – Wembley – New Balance

Major Accountabilities
Open and close the store following company procedures
Encourage continuous improvement through ongoing feedback
Support the Store Management team on overall store and back‐of‐house standards
Assist in training and coaching associates
Achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance
Deliver total customer satisfaction throughout the customer journey
Ensure commercial focus following company guidelines
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards
Perform other duties as required by management team
Requirements for Success
Team player
Previous retail experience desirable or proven team environment experience
Demonstrate customer service skills
Passion for retail and sales
Desire to learn
Ability to perform basic maths and general retail operational processes
Understanding of POS register systems
Effective communication skills
Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays
