Major Accountabilities
- Open and close the store following company procedures
- Encourage continuous improvement through ongoing feedback
- Support the Store Management team on overall store and back‑of‑house standards
- Assist in training and coaching associates
- Achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance
- Deliver total customer satisfaction throughout the customer journey
- Ensure commercial focus following company guidelines
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards
- Perform other duties as required by management team
