MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Open and close the store following the correct company procedures
- Encourage continuous improvement through ongoing feedback
- Support the Store Management team on overall store and back of house standards
- Assist in training and coaching Associates
- Achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance
- Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end-to-end customer journey – from entering the store to leaving the store
- Help to ensure the store remains commercial as possible following company guidelines
- Adhere to company’s policies and procedures
- Responsible for maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards in store
- Perform other duties as assigned from the management team
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
- Team Player
- Previous retail experience desirable or proven experience in a team environment
- Demonstrate customer service skills
- A passion for retail and sales
- Desire to learn
- Ability to perform basic maths and general retail operational processes
- Understanding of POS register systems
- Effective communication skills
- Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays
