MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Drive and motivate your team to achieve individual and store targets
  2. Lead by example on the shop floor and back of house
  3. Accountable for following company guidelines on policies and procedures, visual merchandising, commerciality, stock control and loss prevention
  4. Manage the execution of the retail game changer in your store
  5. Analyses the overall performance of the store and make decisions and adjustments to increase productivity and efficiency
  6. Delivers total customer satisfaction via our service model and boosts sales through the customer experience, using advanced sales techniques to achieve results
  7. Co-ordinates rota and store scheduling
  8. Minimises losses implementing, monitoring, and tracking all procedures of loss prevention
  9. Accountable for maintaining health, safety and environmental standards in store
  10. Manages in store HR operations – recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, performance management, training, and development of the store team
  11. Deals with enquiries and an escalation route for customer complaints
  12. Proactively share internal and external feedback to Senior Management
  13. Perform any other duties as required from Senior Management

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  1. Team Player
  2. Proven people management and leadership experience
  3. Previous retail experience desirable
  4. Demonstrate customer service skills
  5. Knowledge of loss prevention procedures
  6. A passion for retail and achieving sales targets, with high knowledge of retail KPIs
  7. Desire to learn
  8. Ability to perform basic maths and general retail operational processes
  9. Knowledge of POS register systems
  10. Excellent attention to detail
  11. Effective communication skills
  12. Fluent in English
  13. Knowledge of the retail market/consumer trends
  14. Comfortable with being remotely managed
  15. Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays
