As Training Champion, you will support the development and growth of store teams by driving training initiatives and fostering a culture of learning.

Major Accountabilities

  • To achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance
  • Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end-to-end customer journey – from entering the store to leaving the store
  • Help to ensure the store remains as commercial as possible following company guidelines
  • Adhere to company’s policies and procedures
  • Responsible for maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards in store
  • Perform other duties that are required from the management team

Key Responsibilities as Training Champion

  • Coach peers through 1:1 sessions and small group training
  • Inspire and motivate the team to engage in continuous learning
  • Validate learning through quizzes and knowledge checks
  • Ensure colleagues complete all required courses
  • Take approved time off the floor for training purposes
  • Identify store training needs and share insights with the Regional Trainer
  • Introduce new ideas and feedback to improve training programs
  • Utilize all approved training resources (Workday Learning, Retail Content Training Library, NB Link, Website, Running Blog, Regional Trainer)
