Major Accountabilities
- To achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance.
- To contribute to the increase of the stores running sales.
- Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end-to-end customer journey – from entering the store to leaving the store.
- Help ensure the store remains as commercial as possible following company guidelines.
- Adhere to company’s policies and procedures.
- Responsible for maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards in store.
- Perform other duties required from the management team.
- Get close and connect with local run communities.
