Major Accountabilities

  • To achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance.
  • To contribute to the increase of the stores running sales.
  • Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end-to-end customer journey – from entering the store to leaving the store.
  • Help ensure the store remains as commercial as possible following company guidelines.
  • Adhere to company’s policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards in store.
  • Perform other duties required from the management team.
  • Get close and connect with local run communities.
