MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
To achieve personal KPIsand contribute to overall store performance.
To contribute to the increase of the stores running sales.
Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end-to-end customer journey – from entering the store to leaving the store.
Help to ensure the store remainsas commercial as possible following company guidelines
Adhere to company’s policies and procedures
Responsible for maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards in store
Perform other duties are required from the management team.
Get close and connect with local run communities.
