MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES: Achieve personal KPI and contribute to overall store performance. Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end-to-end customer journey – from entering to leaving the store. Help to ensure the store remains as commercial as possible following company guidelines. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards in the store.
