MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- To achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance.
- Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end-to-end customer journey β from entering the store to leaving the store.
- Help to ensure the store remains as commercial as possible following company guidelines.
- Adhere to companyβs policies and procedures.
- Responsible for maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards in store.
- Perform other duties as required from the management team.
