We are seeking a dynamic Technical Representative to lead and execute our field support strategy across our performance retail partners and brand initiatives. The role will be to increase awareness and market share through on‑the‑ground support in activation trade marketing, community activation, and brand events and partnerships. We are looking for someone who can champion our core goals and values, bringing energy and enthusiasm to their role, building strong partnerships, and driving authentication and loyalty for the brand.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for running and sportswear retail, a London base, and the ability to work weekends and unsociable hours when required. This is a field‑based role.
Major Accountabilities- Support the UK Marketing teams in successful product launches, delivering effective training, sell‑through programs, activations and promotions.
- Develop strong partner relationships and build a network of contacts to enable New Balance to consistently reach and engage new customers.
- Support with the execution of visual merchandising excellence, ensuring New Balance shows up best‑in‑class in store and online.
- Support our existing community partnerships while actively seeking out and engaging with new runners to encourage product and brand engagement at all levels.
- Passionately represent the brand across key events and partnerships, product showcases, promotional activations, and training workshops to maximise customer and retailer knowledge.
- Report back to the business on market trends, brand positioning, and competitor activity to identify challenges and future opportunities.
- Build effective post‑activity reports that measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and sales strategies.
