New Balance is seeking a Training Champion for our UK stores. You will drive training initiatives, coach peers in 1:1 and small group sessions, and promote a culture of learning while ensuring excellent customer experiences from entry to exit.
The role requires a passion for retail, strong communication and the ability to work flexible weekends and holidays. You will collaborate with the Regional Trainer to identify training needs and implement improvements across the store team.
