Responsibilities
- Open and close the store following the correct company procedures
- Encourage continuous improvement through ongoing feedback
- Support the store management team on overall store and back-of-house standards
- Assist in training and coaching associates

- Deliver total customer satisfaction from entry to exit by guiding the end-to-end customer journey
