An award-winning app growth consultancy is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a background in marketing, advertising or creative services agencies to join its London-based team. The business works with ambitious brands to help them launch, scale and grow apps in competitive global markets. Known for its progressive approach to mobile marketing, the consultancy combines deep technical expertise with creative thinking across app visibility, user growth, engagement and monetisation.
As the business continues to grow in the UK and expand into new US markets, marketing plays an increasingly important role in building presence, supporting new business and driving sustainable revenue growth.
The role reports into the Head of Marketing and is a hands-on Marketing Manager position responsible for delivering and evolving the agency’s in-house marketing activity. The role manages a small team and works closely with stakeholders across the business, embedding into day-to-day operations and becoming a trusted, go-to partner for marketing support. This role suits someone proactive and commercially minded, who enjoys taking ownership, spotting opportunities and helping translate ideas into action. This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to be in their lovely Central London office, 3 times a week (more if you desire).
Key responsibilities:- Delivering in-house marketing activity that strengthens brand presence and supports lead generation and revenue growth
- Planning and executing campaigns across content, digital channels, events and partnerships
- Managing and supporting a small marketing team to ensure high-quality, consistent output
- Owning content planning and delivery across blogs, reports, newsletters and social channels
- Design, deliver and support events, sponsorships and industry partnerships
- Overseeing website content and SEO performance to improve visibility and engagement
- Working closely with new business and leadership teams to align marketing activity with commercial goals
- Using HubSpot to manage campaigns, automation and performance reporting
- Supporting marketing activity aligned to UK growth and US market expansion
- 4+ years’ B2B marketing experience, ideally gained within a marketing, advertising or creative services agency
- Experience in an in-house marketing role within an agency or professional services environment
- Comfortable balancing planning with hands-on delivery
- Proactive, commercially aware and confident embedding into a fast-paced organisation
- Strong content and campaign experience, with excellent written English
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
- Solid understanding of digital channels, SEO and analytics
- Experience using HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
