They’re now hiring an exceptional Finance Manager to take ownership of the financial performance of their largest flagship site. The RoleYou’ll be embedded in the operation, acting as a true business partner to on-site leadership and department heads across hospitality, food & beverage, wellness, retail and coworking.
You’ll take full ownership of the site’s financial performance — bringing clarity to complex numbers, supporting smarter decision-making and helping the business scale sustainably, without losing what makes it special.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership and the central finance team, balancing detailed financial control with commercial insight and forward thinking.
What You’ll Be Doing- Own the full monthly management accounts for a large, multi-stream site (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and variance analysis)
- Lead a robust month-end close, coordinating inputs across multiple operational teams
- Deliver clear, insightful reporting against budgets, forecasts and KPIs
- Oversee payment runs and supplier management
- Support statutory accounts, audits, investor reporting and year-end processes
- Prepare and submit VAT returns across complex revenue streams
- Lead annual budgets and rolling forecasts for a high-value, high-volume operation
- Maintain detailed cash flow forecasts reflecting scale and seasonality
- Monitor performance against budget, identifying risks and opportunities early
- Partner with teams to improve cost awareness, accountability and financial ownership
- Act as finance partner to sales, operations, F&B, wellness, retail and coworking teams
- Pull together data from multiple systems into one clear financial story
- Translate numbers into practical insights around pricing, occupancy, margins and growth
- Review costs and supplier spend, identifying efficiencies while protecting guest experience
- Maintain and improve financial systems, controls and reporting for a complex site
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity across departments
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability and decision-making as the business grows
- Qualified accountant or qualified by experience
- Strong experience as a Finance Manager or senior Management Accountant
- Proven ownership of management accounts for a large or complex operation
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial control experience
- VAT, statutory reporting and external accountant liaison
- Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
- Commercial, curious and confident partnering with non-finance teams
- Comfortable being on-site and close to the operation
- Organised, calm and solutions-focused in a fast-moving environment
- Detail-driven but able to zoom out and see the bigger picture
