We are partnering with the enterprise division of a globally recognised brand operating in a complex, high-value environment. The business is investing heavily in enhancing its digital systems, data management and processes to drive efficiency, with an increasing focus on automation and the development of scalable digital solutions for both internal use and external clients. This role sits within Operations and will play a key part in shaping digital capabilities used internally and developed into products for a global client base.
We are looking for a digitally focused Business Transformation / Project Management professional who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving structured delivery of digital solutions. You will identify process inefficiencies, define practical digital solutions and lead structured projects that improve performance, data quality and automation. These solutions will be deployed internally and, where appropriate, developed into client-facing offerings. A key part of the role will be driving projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring strong governance, clear documentation and stakeholder alignment throughout.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify business inefficiencies and lead process improvement initiatives through digital solutions, automation and the practical application of AI tools.
