We are partnering with the enterprise division of a globally recognised brand operating in a complex, high-value environment. The business is investing heavily in enhancing its digital systems, data management and processes to drive efficiency, with an increasing focus on automation and the development of scalable digital solutions for both internal use and external clients.
This role sits within Operations and will play a key part in shaping digital capabilities used internally and developed into products for a global client base.
We are looking for a digitally focused Business Transformation / Project Management professional who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving structured delivery of digital solutions. You will identify process inefficiencies, define practical digital solutions and lead structured projects that improve performance, data quality and automation. These solutions will be deployed internally and, where appropriate, developed into client-facing offerings.
A key part of the role will be driving projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring strong governance, clear documentation and stakeholder alignment throughout.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify business inefficiencies and lead process improvement initiatives through digital solutions, automation and the practical application of AI tools.
- Translate and document business needs into clear functional requirements and structured project deliverables.
- Lead end-to-end project management of digital initiatives, including planning, prioritisation, resource coordination, risk management and issue resolution.
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, IT, developers and external vendors to ensure solutions are practical, scalable and fit for purpose.
- Drive development of digital systems used internally and commercially across the client base.
- Ensure appropriate governance, documentation, testing and approvals are in place, including alignment with internal standards, security and compliance requirements.
- Support development and maintenance of data strategy, ensuring systems enable accurate, reliable and usable information.
- Build strong working relationships across technical and operational teams to ensure successful adoption of new systems and ways of working.
- Experience in Digital Transformation, Business Transformation, Product Management or Project Management roles.
- Strong track record of delivering digital or systems-focused projects end-to-end.
- Experience translating business requirements into structured documentation and deliverable solutions.
- Confident managing stakeholders across business and technical teams, building trusted working relationships.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement, efficiency and continuous enhancement.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and pragmatic in approach.
- Good understanding of systems, data management and automation opportunities.
- Experience working within structured governance environments.
- Awareness of ISO frameworks such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001 or ISO 22301 is advantageous.
