We are working with a growing retail and consumer goods business who are looking to welcome a Finance Executive into their Group Accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their finance career who has a strong academic foundation and is looking to apply that in a structured, data-driven environment.
The Role
This position sits within the Group Accounting team and offers exposure across multiple entities, giving you a well-rounded understanding of how finance operates within a larger business. You will be involved in:
- Posting journals and developing confidence around debits and credits
- Supporting the month-end process across the group
- Assisting with balance sheet reconciliations and resolving any differences
- Working with data to analyse performance and identify trends
- Supporting intercompany reconciliations and group reporting
- Assisting with audit queries and maintaining accurate financial records
