A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a technically strong, qualified accountant to join a leading, multi-award-winning Entertainment Group as a Financial/Group Accountant. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will take ownership of Group accounting, statutory reporting, compliance and taxation across a fast-growing, creative business.

The role would suit a candidate who trained within a top-tier accountancy practice and who ideally has experience of working with Media, Entertainment or other creative clients and is looking to make their move into industry. Some post-qualification experience within a Media, Entertainment or Creative company would be preferred. However, strong recently qualified CA/ACA (Practice) candidates without the relevant Entertainment/TV/Film sector experience (1–2 years’ PQE) who has already made the move into industry doing a similar role and a desire to work within TV/Entertainment will also be considered.
You will need to be technically confident, with a strong understanding of Group consolidations, statutory reporting and financial controls. You'll be self motivated, with an approachable, engaging and friendly personality along with the confidence to deal with colleagues of all levels.
This is an office-based position. The company will consider both full time and part time applicants.
